Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the 96Astro website, the Astrology Hub and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account, purchasing, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. The Services

96Astro provides astrology computations, charts, reports, dashas, matchmaking, panchang, horoscopes and related tools for personal and professional use. All content is provided for guidance and informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice (see our Disclaimer).

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate birth and account details; the accuracy of any reading depends on the accuracy of your inputs.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Plans, credits & billing

• Paid plans are billed for the period you select. Auto-renewing plans renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel auto-renewal.
• Credits are a prepaid digital currency used for reports and overage. They are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are consumed as you use paid features.
• Prices are stated inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated.
• You can manage or cancel auto-renewal at any time from My Subscription; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Resell, sublicense or redistribute access or content without our written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Services.
• Upload unlawful, infringing or harmful content, or use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
• Misrepresent your identity or another person’s data.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

All software, designs, text, graphics, computational engines and report formats are owned by 96Astro or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Reports you generate are for your own use; the underlying platform, engine and templates remain our property.

7. Third-party services

The Services rely on third parties (e.g. payment gateways, hosting and computation providers). Your use of those features may be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that predictions or remedies will produce any particular outcome. See the full Disclaimer.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 96Astro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the content. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Services in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 96Astro and its team from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. IP, liability, indemnity) will survive.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts having jurisdiction in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
