This Privacy Policy explains how 96Astro (“96Astro”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects your personal information when you use our website, the Astrology Hub, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). 1. Information we collect

a. Information you provide

• Account details — name, email address, mobile number and password (stored only in encrypted/hashed form).
• Birth details — date, time and place of birth that you enter to generate charts, reports and matchmaking. This data is necessary for astrological computation.
• Payment information — when you purchase a plan or credits, billing details and transaction records. Card/UPI/bank credentials are processed by our payment gateways and are not stored on our servers.
• Communications — messages, feedback and support requests you send us.

b. Information collected automatically

• Device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, referring URLs and timestamps.
• Cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).
• Aggregated analytics via Google Analytics to understand and improve usage.

2. How we use your information

• To generate your astrological charts, reports, predictions and matchmaking results.
• To create and manage your account, subscriptions and credit balance.
