Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for purchases on the 96Astro Astrology Hub. Because we sell digital products and services that are delivered instantly, please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
1. Subscriptions
- Plan subscriptions grant immediate access to digital reports and tools. As access is delivered instantly, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by law.
- You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from My Subscription. Your plan then remains active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew. No partial or pro-rata refund is given for the unused portion of a period.
- If a renewal charge is taken in error after you cancelled, contact us within 7 days for a review and, where appropriate, a refund.
2. Credits
- Credits are a prepaid digital currency used for reports and overage. Purchased credits are non-refundable and have no cash value.
- Credits already consumed to generate a report or use a paid feature cannot be reversed or refunded.
- Unused credits remain in your account subject to these Terms and any stated validity.
3. Failed, duplicate or erroneous charges
If you are charged in error, or experience a duplicate or failed transaction in which money was debited but access was not granted, contact us at contact@96astro.com with your invoice/transaction number within 7 days. We will investigate and, where the charge is confirmed to be erroneous or a duplicate, refund the affected amount to the original payment method.
4. How refunds are processed
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval; the time for the amount to reflect depends on your bank or payment provider.
- We may request reasonable details (invoice number, registered email, transaction reference) to verify the request.
5. How to request
Email contact@96astro.com from your registered email address with the subject “Refund Request”, including your invoice/transaction number and the reason. Our team will respond and aim to resolve eligible requests promptly.
6. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
